Resurrection

I've got a lot more freedom this summer to focus on competing and also posting more and sharing my knowledge, so expect a lot more to come from the blog and other social media in the near future! Last week I competed at the Royal Cities Strongest Man in Guelph, Ontario and placed second in a very tough competition.

I just received an invitation to the Eastern Canada Natural Strongman National Qualifier, which takes place on May 7, so I have been focused on getting ready for that. Onwards!
