The Find Your Flow YouTube channel is a big part of my weekly routine now, especially since I hit 1K subs and monetized my channel. If you want to see what I’m thinking about and sharing the most, that’s where you can usually find me! I’ve evolved the channel over the last year to incorporate more of my interests. So while the flow state is a throughline to what I talk about, I now see the YouTube channel as the intersection of technology and high performance. This covers the role technologies play in how we can enhance our learning, productivity, health, and of course, find more flow. ;)
