What's right for me - online coaching or in-person training?
There are several options for both online and in-person coaching available to you depending on the dreams you are trying to achieve and the budget that you are working with.
If you are determined with your goal and have some basic understanding of exercise, having the option of an online coach expertly guiding you on your journey over a longer period of time is both more affordable and improves your long-term chances of success.
How long do I have to stay on with the coaching program?
You can sign up on a no commitment month-to-month basis if you'd like to try out online coaching and see if it's right for you.
Do note however that the longer you stick with coaching, the greater your success is going to be with respect to achieving your dreams.
Should I buy a template, customized program, or apply for 1-on-1 coaching?
If you've already got quite a few years of experience with lifting weights and your goal coincides with a template that is available, by all means choose the template and follow it to assist you in training. They were designed for maximal effectiveness and an affordable alternative to paying for coaching services.
Customized programs are training and nutrition plans customized to fit your training goals and/or nutrition goals. These are one-time purchases as well, balancing affordability with individualization, as we work together to ensure the programs suit your goals.
If you're fairly new to training and have limited understanding of nutrition, 1-on-1 coaching is going to help you to set and reach attainable goals to build up within you a mindset for success. 1-on-1 coaching whether in-person or online is completely customized and tailored to you as an individual to maximize your chances for success and progress.
What's included in a template package?
Template packages are a one-time purchase of the included training template.
This includes complete details of everything you need to know to properly perform the training and are properly periodized to optimize your progress.
