Goals, Not Resolutions

Have you set your goals for the new year and the start of the new decade?

The start of the new year is a great time for reflecting as well as looking forward with new goals and a new vision for yourself.

However, we seem to get stuck on this idea of resolutions. I too have given a hard time to resolutions in the past.

As the clock counts down to midnight on December 31, we resolve to be better, do more, and to cut out those vices. But we do it without an action plan in place. And so it comes as no surprise that those resolutions to go to the gym fizzle out in four to six weeks and we go back to eating the same way we always do.

When you set a Dream Goal and break it down into the actionable steps that you can achieve on a daily and weekly basis, you prepare yourself for greater success long-term than the wishful thinking of a resolution.

This week I am launching my 2020 Vision course which covers the simple steps to succeed at your Dream Goals. This highly actionable course contains the content, videos, and workbook exercises that are designed to get you started on the road to making your vision a reality.
