Central Canada's Natural Strongest Man 2022 - Competition Announcement

It's been a minute since a strongman-related post showed up but today is the day!

After the pandemic put a damper on the strongman competition scene for the last couple of years, we are able to host the qualifiers for the Canadian Hercules in-person again this summer.

Sunday, August 14 at 10 am in Belleville.

Events as planned:

Silver Dollar Deadlift (Starts at around 450 lb. - call your weight - three attempts total) - Suits are allowed.

Circus Dumbbell Press - 150 lb. clean and press away - 75 second limit (you can set it down or switch arms to press too)

Farmer's Walk - 320 / hand - 100 ' fastest time - 50 ft there and back

Yoke - 800 lb - 30 ft there and 30 ft. back - 60 second time limit

Atlas Stone 220, 275, 320 -rep out as many reps as possible - 75 second limit
