Costs for coaching sessions will depend on whether you need guidance with a normal training session or if you are preparing for a specific competition.
This is due to the time it takes to go through an entire strongman/strongwoman competition prep. session.
Typical sessions last between 1-1.5 hours and competition prep. sessions may be up to 3-4 hours in length.
A normal session will be based on the scientific principles of strongman and strength training. Each session will revolve around 1-2 strongman/strongwoman specific core lifts and the accessory movements that help to build up greater proficiency in the core lifts.
A competition prep. session will entail us going through some or all of the events that you face in an upcoming competition, depending on your preference.
To the best of our ability, we will set up and simulate the entire competition as it is supposed to be performed. Specific strategies and technique adjustments will be coached to help you gain every possible advantage on competition day.
Do note that strongman and strongwoman competitions sometimes have technical malfunctions or equipment changes at the last minute and we have to just work with what we can and hope this doesn't happen.
